I had a great time in Milwaukee this year with everyone (although I think it could be one day shorter). One of the fun things I did was being a game show announcer on Bill Gaul’s panel. Participating on the game show (left to right) in the photo above, Kejii Ikuta of RMLS, Greg Moore of RMLS, Srinivas Mankala CTO of Builders Update, Bill Gaul CEO of Builders Update, and Melissa King of MFRMLS.
I also moderated a panel featuring Steve Byrd of Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Rebecca Jensen, CEO of MRED, and Art Carter, CEO of CRMLS. While I didn’t get all the answers I was looking for I think it helped shine a light on some of the core issues we face to get things going.
Thanks to Jeremy and his team for putting together another great conference!
I agree that this was the best RESO Conference ever! I think we’re getting close to a major breakthrough with mass adoption of RESO standards – can’t wait to see the innovation that the industry is going to enjoy once standards make it easier to focus on new idea and less on data normalization!
Every time I go to RESO, I learn so much and meet new people. Greg set the bar high with his own panel discussion, so i needed his help to pull off my panel discussion, and he hit it out of the park! If you haven’t attended a RESO conference yet, make plans to attend the next one.
This was my first and would hope to come back!
Best conference I ever attended with so much to learn and so many people to meet. I loved the aspect that everyone tried to create fun atmosphere rather than being boring/serious.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Stump The Panelist game! It may have been my favorite session. Through no fault of their own, topics can be dry. I loved the liveliness this brought to the sessions. *APPLUASE*
I, too, got more out of this conference that I have out of other RESO events. I’m not struggling to write my travel recap! I’m looking forward to Boise! Good job, Jeremy! Good job, RESO Staffers!
I think the one thing that I’m still unclear on, is “what is a but four?” 😀 Great session, one of my favorites.
