Zillow Adds Down Payment Assistance Information to For Sale Listings

  1. Rob and DPR have created a resource that amplifies the potential for Realtors to help people get into homeownership where they might not be able without access or awareness about the programs available.
    Any Realtor organization professing the need to close the ownership gap that isn’t making DPR a core service is doing a disservice to their members and those buyers in need of a leg up.

  2. DRP is an amazing resource that should be captured by all. In an industry where we give platitudes to affordable housing, one thing that can easily move the ball forward is making sure everyone knows which properties are accessible. The ability to use these as search criteria will help a lot of people find a home that works for them.
