This role will identify, assess, and create tailored training programs while utilizing various adult learning methods to enhance members’ product utilization skills. The Training Manager will focus on orchestrating a transformative and innovative approach to Real Estate training and development while upholding the highest standards of excellence. Oversee a team of 5 team members.”
