Where Real Estate Gets Its Dirt

Realogy’s FWD Summit

I’ve been tracking this since it launched last year. Very smart of Realogy to put this on.

“It’s a simple premise: your company’s mission is to help real estate companies, agents or consumers. Realogy executives and brokers are seeking solutions. Let’s get to know each other.

To participate, you need to have big ideas and a killer product. We want to look forward with smart people.

You’ll come to our headquarters, demo your innovation and share your vision. A panel of handpicked judges will ask you questions and give you feedback.

One company will be crowned the Realogy FWD Innovation Summit winner, and earn the top prize of $25,000. Everyone will come away with new connections, fresh ideas and an invaluable, forward-looking perspective.”

$25,000 in prize money, access to key decision makers at Realogy. What’s not to like?

They recently announced the 2014 participants. Here are some of my favorites.

Lasso
Lasso allows home buyers to save, manage and share home listings from every major real estate search site online in one place. Buyers can receive updates on listings and collaborate with their agent and others in the process.

Househappy
Househappy is a visual real estate search engine where consumers can find homes for sale in an intuitive image-based experience, and brokers and agents can advertise for-sale listings for free.

Curb Call
Curb Call is a mobile app that coordinates on-demand home showings between buyers and nearby agents.
